Refund Policy

At MYTRIBENG we are confident in the quality of our products , however if your product does not meet your expectations , we will be happy to help!

 If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us via email at hello@mytribeng.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

 

RETURNS

All return items must be shipped to us within 5 days of receipt by you.

All return items must be in their original state- unworn, unwashed , unstained and in their original packaging.

Shipping charges are Not Refundable. MYTRIBENG will only refund shipping cost if there was an error in your order.

Items bought on sale and clearance cannot be returned

 REFUNDS

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, we only issue out store credits.

EXCHANGES

Because we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock ,we do not offer exchanges .We will however issue a store credit which can be used to purchase any items.
